ALTECH® CORRUGATED TUBES FOR WIND TURBINE CABLES
New Altech® corrugated tubes offer ideal protection for cables against impact and abrasion in wind turbine applications. These tubes have been specially engineered to promote flexibility and extended fatigue life and can be paired with straight or 90º tube connectors and seals and O-rings to provide complete solutions for even the most demanding installations. The durable polyamide corrugated tubes are available in 15 different sizes with inner dimensions ranging from 2.8mm up to 47.7mm. They can be supplied as standard tubes or with a lateral slit. All versions are flame retardant according to DIN 75200 and UL and halogen free. The RoHS-compliant tubes are protection-rated to IP65 (without sealing) or IP68 (with O-ring) and can perform reliably in temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 120ºC and for short-term applications up to 150ºC.
